You need to have Rcomwap setting on your mobile. You can consult with Reliance customer care to have rcomwap setting. Follow the below steps:
1. Get rcomwap setting and use it as a default GPRS setting on your mobile.
2. Download and install opera mini 4.2 with ultrasurf (this is a free download from Rapidshare).
3. Restart your phone.
4. Now, open opera mini and try to open www.google.com
